My interest in nutrition became personal during my freshman year of college when I experienced my own health challenges. That journey taught me how deeply food and lifestyle can impact how we feel day to day.
As I began learning how to support my body, I saw firsthand how powerful small, sustainable changes can be. That experience inspired me to study food and nutrition and become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
Today, I help others explore what works for their unique bodies — with curiosity, compassion, and practicality.
