Comprehensive Initial Consultation (90 minutes)
We’ll begin with a deep dive into your health history and goals. Using a detailed symptom analysis, we’ll uncover potential imbalances that might have been overlooked by traditional methods. This session will lay the groundwork for your personalized wellness blueprint.
Your Customized Wellness Blueprint
Following our initial consultation, you’ll receive a tailored wellness plan that’s unique to your body’s needs. This isn’t a generic diet plan—it’s a complete strategy that includes nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations, all designed to work together to restore balance.
Five Bi-Weekly Follow-Up Sessions (60 minutes each)
To ensure lasting change, I’ll be with you every step of the way. These follow-up sessions are where we adjust your wellness plan based on how your body responds. It’s your time to ask questions, explore insights, and dive deeper into your body’s needs. My role is to guide you, help you adapt, and empower you to become the expert in your own health.

Health transformation doesn’t stop between sessions. That’s why I offer unlimited email access during the program to provide ongoing support. Whether you're celebrating progress or facing challenges, I’ll be there to answer questions and offer guidance as you navigate your wellness journey.

As part of your personalized wellness journey, I look forward to introducing a valuable tool called the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), powered by Nutri-Q. This comprehensive questionnaire is designed to help us understand your unique health needs more deeply.
The NAQ is made up of hundreds of detailed questions that cover various aspects of your current health. After completing the questionnaire, Nutri-Q generates a Symptom Burden Graph, which visually represents areas where your body may need the most support. The graph provides a clear picture of your foundational health areas—like digestion, blood sugar regulation, stress management, sleep, and nutrition—and how these may be affecting your overall well-being.
This tool will help us identify how different body systems, such as your cardiovascular, immune, digestive, endocrine, and nervous systems, may be impacted by imbalances. With this information, we can create a customized plan to address these key areas and support your body in restoring balance.
As we progress in our sessions, we'll continue to use insights from the Symptom Burden Graph to guide our recommendations and monitor your progress. Together, we’ll fine-tune your wellness plan to ensure that every step aligns with your individual needs and goals.
